Even if sometimes I don't really want to eat a chocolate peanut butter bar, I like variety since it lets me enjoy lemon that much more. Still surprised that lemon is my favorite flavor. The chocolate peanut butter seems to be a bit tougher to chew, but I imagine that's due to the ingredients. They are all good. In order for me: Lemon, Cinnamon, and then Chocolate Peanutbutter.

Love the nutritional profile, flavors and texture of these bars. Not too sweet and not overly dense. Could tell I had more energy after eating these than my usual go-to bars. Glad I came across them at the Highlands farmer's market.

My experience with protein bars haven't historically been great. They just all taste, to put it nicely, not great, and are packed with junk. I was intrigued by elevated gains since they use minimal ingredients, no artificial sweeteners (a huge one for me!), and have fun flavors. I love the fresh lemon flavor of the lemon crisp. It's not too sweet and helps me hit my protein targets the days I'm not getting enough. Will buy again!
