Why is there sugar in your bars?
Most of the sweetness comes from honey. The FDA counts honey as "added sugar," so it shows up on the label. We'd rather use honey than sugar alcohols or artificial sweeteners.

How much protein is in each bar?
20g of protein in every bar, every flavor.
What's the texture like?
Soft and chewy, not chalky. Customers call it "chewy but sturdy" and say it tastes like a candy bar.

What's in your bars?
7–8 simple ingredients, sweetened with honey. Every product page lists each ingredient and what it does.
Do you use sugar alcohols or artificial sweeteners?
No. No sugar alcohols and no artificial sweeteners.
What allergens are in the bars?
Every bar contains milk. Chocolate Peanut Butter also contains peanuts, and every other flavor also contains almonds. Each flavor's full allergen list is on its label and product page.

When will my order ship?
Orders ship the next business day (we don't ship on weekends). We ship with USPS and UPS, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.

Subscriptions always ship free. One-time orders: shipping is calculated at checkout.
