This is the best lemon protein bar on the market. High quality ingredients you know and no weird protein bar after taste you get with other brands. 10/10

We are always on the hunt for healthy protein bars to supplement our diets. The macros in these are perfect. They use Whey Protein Isolate and honey as a sweetener. And they are correct...the don't taste like sh*t!

As promised, the EG bars taste great and it’s hard to not eat just one. Great protein after a workout, during a round of golf or just perfect for in-between meals. Can’t wait to get more!

Finally a set of bars that taste like they’re made with real food AND boast great macros. Ever the peanut butter chocolate lover, it is my favorite though the lemon and cinnamon varieties are legit, too. So glad to find a brand that meets my high standards! Even if sometimes I don't really want to eat a chocolate peanut butter bar, I like variety since it lets me enjoy lemon that much more. Still surprised that lemon is my favorite flavor. The chocolate peanut butter seems to be a bit tougher to chew, but I imagine that's due to the ingredients. They are all good. In order for me: Lemon, Cinnamon, and then Chocolate Peanutbutter.

Love the nutritional profile, flavors and texture of these bars. Not too sweet and not overly dense. Could tell I had more energy after eating these than my usual go-to bars. Glad I came across them at the Highlands farmer's market.

My experience with protein bars haven't historically been great. They just all taste, to put it nicely, not great, and are packed with junk. I was intrigued by elevated gains since they use minimal ingredients, no artificial sweeteners (a huge one for me!), and have fun flavors. I love the fresh lemon flavor of the lemon crisp. It's not too sweet and helps me hit my protein targets the days I'm not getting enough. Will buy again!

Cinnamon is the most impeccable of spices and the way EG serves it in their Cinnamon Crunch bar is magnificent! Easily my favorite of not only their product line, but of ALL of the 100's of protein bars I've ever had. I eat one every morning first thing before my workout to jumpstart my metabolism and build muscle. These bars provide fuel, they taste amazing...they just work! So, buy them! You'll thank me later.

Work hard to get my 180gms of protein daily. EG bars help me get a head start on that goal!!

As a millennial and child of 90’s diet culture, I’ve tried just about every protein bar in existence. These bars are *the only* ones I’ve found that have a simple ingredient list AND are delicious. Not grainy or chalky, they have a very pleasant chewy but airy texture. No more sacrificing flavor for clean ingredients, these have it all. The lemon flavor is bright, not artificial tasting or overly sour. Perfect on a hot day, or when you want something that feels light and easy but don’t want to sacrifice your macros. These bad boys have been a life saver for work travel and have made getting my protein in easy AND delicious. When I don’t have an appetite but need to eat they’re just about the only things I can eat! My go-to, I ride for EG lemon crisp. Who knew, you really can have it all with these bars!!

I've been following Scott's journey (the founder of Elevated Gains) for several years now. I had the opportunity to taste-test some of his earliest bars, back when he was experimenting in his own kitchen.
